  • EFAUCETS - terrible company to deal with



    Ordered shower head 3/18/14 they charged my credit card immediately. I rec'd item not as described on 4/4- many calls to get return auth. ,fortunately I printed out chat transcript to prove I had asked if item had feature I wanted,otherwise i would have to pay restocking fee and pay for return. After further phone calls, UPS picked up on 4/22.     DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered a bathtub that was supposed to ship directly to my home within 5 to 10 business days. After 10 business days I called to request a shipping update and was told it should be another 7 to 10 days and would not ship directly to me but rather through one of efaucets hubs in Maryland or Louisiana.   • Refusing to send RGA for wrong product



    I ordered a shower head online from eFaucets last week. When the confirmation email arrived, it had the wrong product number listed. I tried contacting customer service through email and chat and by phone, but they were already closed for the day. When I reached them the next day, they said orders in stock were shipped immediately but they would try to track it down and cancel it. The next email I received was a shipping notification!     I was initially impressed by the variety and low prices on their website. I knew exactly what sink i wanted, so searched online and "found" it on efaucets for not the lowest price, but close. The positive customer reviews i had read led me to believe this would be the best option. So on 9/19 I placed my order, got the email confirmation.   • A repulsive scam outfit



    eFaucets is the most fraudulent, exploitive vendor of any kind that we have ever dealt with. We ordered from eFaucets because they were offering for sale a particular Grohe valve trim that was out of stock at other merchants. We also ordered the valve. When the parcel arrived, the valve was in it but the trim wasn't. Of course they charged to our credit card the price of both what they could provide and what they could not.     I have ordered twice from eFaucets (I did not learn the first time). The first time I ordered faucets and upon delivery and installation we could tell that the faucets were cheaply made, not from the manufacturer as stated and we were summarily charged restocking fees. Next I ordered a tub and the ship date was supposed to be one week.     Have been waiting over a month and a half for refund. Item was canceled due to being back ordered. Company shipped item anyway even though it was supposed to be canceled several weeks earlier. Item was returned and still have not received a refund to my credit card. Was told they have to wait for their refund from their supplier before they can give me my refund!     I ordered a fan on June 3rd at 8:39 am. On their site it says ship typically within 10 days. On the 10th day I calld for shipping info and on chat was told it shipped and they were waiting for tracking info. When asked how long that would take they said 3-4 days.     I am extremely disgruntled after calling customer service to make a return. Upon talking with my plumber, I learned that I had ordered the wrong faucet set. Absolutely the WORST customer service and returns department I've ever dealt with! I make a living renovating and remodeling houses and I WILL NEVER, EVER do business with this company again ... nor will any of the contractors I know. I'm in the process of obtaining legal representation against this company.
