DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered a bathtub that was supposed to ship directly to my home within 5 to 10 business days. After 10 business days I called to request a shipping update and was told it should be another 7 to 10 days and would not ship directly to me but rather through one of efaucets hubs in Maryland or Louisiana. This cat and mouse game with the "customer service" department went on for weeks. I was promised that someone would call me back with an update many times but they never did. (Each time I called I was on hold for 15 to 30 minutes, between my husband and I we have spent at least four hours on hold or calls with them so far) My email inquiries were never answered. By and large all of the customer service people were clearly disinterested in providing me with an answer even though I was polite but firm in tone.

Finally, I had my contractor call efaucets thinking he would have more pull with them. The customer service person told my contractor they had never even placed the order!! Then the customer service person back peddled and said actually the tub was back ordered another 3 to 4 weeks. My contractor was told by the customer service person that I had to call to cancel the order, so I did so that day and was told that I would receive a cancellation confirmation in two days. Two days passed and no confirmation so I called again and spoke to the same customer service person and was told she submitted the necessary paperwork and there should be "no problem" receiving the confirmation and I would definitely have the confirmation in another two days. You guessed it, two days passed and no confirmation. A day later, out of the blue, I checked online for the cancellation and saw that the tub had shipped even though I did not want it and had cancelled the order! AND no one from efaucets had called to let me know that my cancellation was not honored. It is also very suspicious that a backordered product would magically ship the day the order was supposed to be cancelled. This, of course, assumes they actually did ship it. Remains to be seen.

In my opinion, this is an unethical and shifty company with abysmal customer service. I can't imagine the type of people that run this company that allows such an awful corporate culture to exist. My guess is the customer service people are incentivized by how many people they talk to not how many they really help. I ended up having to call the freight company, who was extremely helpful (Estes) to make sure the tub was not shipped to my house and I will work closely with my credit card company to work on a full refund. Luckily I kept a lot of notes, phone records and had an email chain of my troubles with this company. If the yelp reviews do not deter you from doing business with this company go to the Racine, Wisconsin better business bureau and look up their parent company eimprovements and look at ALL the complaints lodged against this company. Try Build.com or Wayfair for good deals on bathroom related items and avoid efaucets like the plague!
